NEWS CENTER - The military operation targeting Heftanîn continues on the 19th day. Dûpişk Hill, where conflicts are intensified, has been bombarded since yesterday.

 

The military operation targeting Irak Federal Kurdistan Region that Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) launched still continues. According to the official statement, 5 soldiers have lost their lives as many soldiers have been wounded to date. The operation zone has been frequently bombarded by warplanes and helicopters. In addition, the intense dispatching of military troops to the region of the operation is still being continued. 

 

There is violent conflicts in the regions where military troops are dispatched. Dûpişk Hill is one of the zonew where the hot conflicts are intensified. Helicopters have bombarded the area where the hill in question is located since yesterday. Again, it was noted that clashes take place in “Şehîd Adar” (Martry Adar), “Şehîd Sîpan” (Martry Sîpan), “Xantûr” and in some areas. 

 

6 CIVILIANS HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES

 

6 civilians have lost their lives and many civilians have been wounded due to the ongoing bombardment since the day the TSK launched the operation.
