After giving their statements to the prosecutor,  13 out of 20 members of the Socialist Party of the Oppressed (ESP) and the Federation of Socialist Youth Associations (SGDF) including ESP Co-Chair Şahin Tümüklü were referred to court with a request of arrest. 7 people including Etkin News Agency (ETHA) reporter Pınar Gayıp were released with judicial control orders. 

 

Those referred to court with a request of arrest are:  ESP Co-Chair Şahin Tümüklü, SGDF Co-Chair Alev Özkiraz, İbrahim Gerçek, Zeynep Gerçek, Yaren Tuncer, Hüseyin İldan, Çınar Altan, Ömer Sinan, Hıdır Yılmaz, Birkan Polat, Nazlı Yöyler, Neslihan Duran, Azze Avsar.

 

Those released with judicial control order are: Etha reporter Pınar Gayıp, Ela Deniz Albayrak, Gamze Toprak, Emrah Topaloğlu, Ümmühan Özdemir, Özge Doğan ve Helin Yılmaz.
