10 October Ankara Massacre Lawyer Coordination announced that the entire court committee has changed. In the written statement reads, “If there are those who intend to close our case silently, let it be known; We have not given up until now, and you will not be able to discourage us from now on."

 

The statement continued: "October 10 Ankara Massacre case started at November 7, 2016 and continued with the same court board until December 15, 2020, at the 4th Ankara High Criminal Court. During the trial period, the prosecutor changed once and the Presiding Judge was appointed as a member of the Supreme Court by the HSK General Assembly on November 27, 2020 and the most senior member of the delegation replaced him. However, as of today, we have learned that with the HSK Decree dated 24 December 2020, all members of the delegation, including the trial prosecutor, have been assigned to other units."
