NEWS CENTER - Abdul Kareem Umar paid tribute to the initiative made by the United Nations relevant to ISIS repatriation saying '' I believe it is a corollary to unsparing efforts made by the AANES''.

Co-chair of the Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Abdul Kareem Umar welcomed the initiative made by the United Nations on the margins of 76th Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 76) relevant to ISIS elements repatriation in camps in North eastern Syria and most notably at the HOL Camp in eastern Hasaka city saying '' I believe it is a corollary to unsparing efforts made by the AANES''.

António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, said that the current situation cannot continue for a long time for its imminent security dangers unless the issue solved comprehensively. Guterres added an urgent solution to the crisis is needed.

Umar said that the initiative is a positive one adding that it was a result to the exerted efforts of years of hard work done and appeals and calls made by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria

Umar said that the ISIS problem is a shaky one the AANES cannot solve it alone :'' on 3 June the last a meeting was convened onb online with representatives of almost 50 persons representing European countries in addition to EU associations and representatives of US State Department and Canada where it was confirmed that the solution lies in repatriating by European countries of their ISIS subjects especially children and women to be rehabilitated anew''.

Living in such camps contributes to building up of a more radical generation of children more dangerous than ISIS itself, according to Umar.

The al-Hol Camp is home to almost 60 thousand people, mostly ISIS families and proponents. There is a section defined to female migrants contains more than 8000 persons mostly children under 14, in addition to 12 thousand mercenaries in jails run by AANES belong to 54 countries. Also in al-Hol 11 thousand persons mostly children belong to 54 Asian and European countries, '' the issue is a shaky one. There are 50 orphans their nationality unknown and there are some women having four children each of different father and each father of a different nationality'', Umar said.

At the end Umar said that time and again they called  for an international conference on the issue for the situation in the Hol Camp is grave ''it is just like a bomb that cannot be verified when it goes off'' that entails grave repercussions internationally.
