DİYARBAKIR - The walls of Amed, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, collapsed due to the earthquake.
 
In Diyarbakır, which was hit by earthquakes with a magnitude of 7.7 and 7.6 that occurred consecutively in the Pazarcık district of Maraş, a collapse occurred on the city walls of Diyarbakır, which is on the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Cultural Heritage List. It was observed that there was a large-scale breach in the bastion between Dağkapı and Çiftkapı in the Sur district.
