According to the news in Evrensel, the lawyer of the Health and Social Service Workers Union (SES) Kamil Tekin Sürek, the police went to the house of a nurse named B.A and took a report after the footage was published. Stating that the person speaking on the footage is nurse B.A., Sürek said: "The nurse could be prosecuted on allegations of 'insulting the President and provoking the public'.
