ISTANBUL - Green Left Party Istanbul Provincial Spokesperson Mevlüt Ustabaş stated that the victory atmosphere is felt during the election campaigns in the city and said that their target is 2 million votes.

 

The Greens and the Left Future Party (Green Left Party) continue their work for the Presidential and Parliamentary General Elections to be held on May 14. The Green Left Party, which plans to open approximately 250 election offices in 39 districts of Istanbul, which has a population of approximately 16 million, will assign 62,500 observers, 4 thousand school administrators and 2 thousand lawyers in 31,280 ballot boxes to be established in 1,917 schools.

 

Green Left Party Istanbul Provincial Co-Spokesperson Mevlüt Ustabaş spoke about their work and goals in the city.

 

THE TARGET IS 2 MILLION

 

Stating that their target is between 1.5 and 2 million votes in Istanbul, Ustabaş said: “We think that we will exceed 20 percent in general in the coming period. Our Istanbul target is 2 million. We can feel it in the fields. People prefer our '3rd Way' line because of the boredom of the people and the uncertainty of the opposition. In other words, the third road line makes itself felt.”
