ŞIRNAK - Stating that their assets, nature, culture and language were attacked, Green Left Party Şırnak MP candidate Bedirhan Osal said: "People think that the liberation parties will ensure the liberation."

 

The Green Left Party, which started its election work after the selection of the candidates, takes place in the air of a rally. Bedirhan Osal, born in 1979, who was nominated as a parliamentary candidate in Şırnak, where the Green Left Party is assertive in Kurdistan, took part in the provincial administration of the Democratic Society Party (DTP) in 2007. Osal, who was active in the DTP until 2009, was arrested and imprisoned during the KCK operations in 2009. Osal was released after being imprisoned for 5 years and 6 months on political grounds. Osal, who did not give up fighting even after he was released from prison, actively engaged in politics in the Democratic Regions Party (DBP).

 

Speaking to the Mesopotamia Agency (MA), Osal drew attention to the importance of the election and said that the people should protect their votes.

 

'I WANTED TO ADD SOMETHING TO THE FIGHT'

 

Stating that he never took a step back in the struggle and always worked to add something to the struggle, Osal said: "Şırnak has suffered a lot from history to today. We are also the ones living in this pain. Until this moment, we are suffering and living this pain together. It is a milestone for us. It is an opportunity for us to get rid of this system that destroys, plunders and attacks. We do not have the patience to live with this government for 5 more years. This election is a great opportunity for us. Our approaches will also be within this framework. Beyond the hostility towards our existence, towards our nature. Turkey is attacking our culture, our language, and all values that make this society a society and make people human. We want to take our place in the Parliament against these attacks with a loud voice. In particular, we will have solutions to remedy this economic crisis that society is going through today. nature is rich and people used to produce and make a living from this nature, but unfortunately this is currently used by some people as a rent. These people want to be disciplined and delivered with hunger. A very subtle and insidious policy is being carried out on these people. Today, there is no factory where young people can go and work. Opportunities for the people to create their own economy are not provided. We want to be in the parliament to be the voice of the youth, to be the voice of the murdered nature, to be the voice of the women who have been subjected to violence, to protect and protect our history and culture. We want to be in the parliament to end the brutality policies against this city."

 

'THE PEOPLE THINK THAT THE GREEN LEFT WILL ENSURE THE LIBERATION'

 

Stating that there are serious games in the election efforts in the region, Osal said: "We know that many games are played in the region and in Kurdistan. But there is a great enthusiasm and interest against the Green Left Party. The people think that this system will be changed by the Green Left Party. They think that our party's manifesto will ensure liberation. Ballot security is the most fundamental problem for us. It is undoubtedly important to vote, but the more important thing is to take care of the ballot boxes. We must protect and follow the ballot box we vote in. We need to leave it empty until the last hour. We know that they will do everything, they will threaten, they will attack, there will be provocation attempts, but no matter what, we will not leave the front of the building until the vote count is over."
