NEWS CENTER - Labor and Freedom Alliance announced that they will support Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in the Presidential elections.

 

The Labor and Freedom Alliance made a written statement on the May 14 Presidential and General Elections. In the statement, which stated that Turkey is moving towards the most important election in its history under the conditions of multiple crises in which political, social and economic crises are experienced together, the statement said: “The peoples of Turkey once again at the ballot box on May 14, despite the difficulties of this multiple crisis, political pressures and all kinds of unequal propaganda conditions, focused on achieving greater success. The tradition of the peoples of Turkey and the oppressed has taught and organized the resistance and victory against authoritarian and fascist understandings so far.

 

DECISION TO SUPPORT KILIÇDAROĞLU

 

Reminding that they did not nominate candidates in the presidential elections and that the parliamentary elections were entered under the umbrella of the alliance, the statement said: “At this breaking stage of Turkish politics, we have agreed to fulfill our historical duty both to our tradition and to future generations within the scope of our debt. In this context, we share with the public our decision to support Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in the presidential elections to be held on May 14, 2023.
