NEWS CENTER - An attempt was made to lynch journalists who filmed AKP Provincial Chair Zeydin Kaya and his relatives pointing guns at citizens in Colemêrg.

 

The fact that Abdullah Zeydan, who was elected as the Co-Mayor of the Wan Metropolitan Municipality, was not given the certificate of election was also protested in Colemêrg center yesterday. AKP Provincial Chair Zeydin Kaya and his guards attacked citizens with weapons during the protests. Journalists who recorded the events were also subjected to threats from AKP member Zeydin's relatives.

 

Journalist Serkan Kaya also received his share of lynching attempts and threats. Journalist Kaya narrowly escaped the attack and had to take shelter in a building until the attacks ended.
