ANKARA- Speakers office have renvoid the research proposal of the case 11 villagers that have been forcefully lost due to the term "murder by unknown assailant" is rude and hurtful.

 

After the case of the 11 villagers that got forcefully lost in Diyarbakır- Kulp have reached the statue of limitation, a research proposal was submitted to the speakers office. The proposal were renvoid due to the term "murder by unknown assailant" is rude and hurtful.

 

The research proposal was submitted by Ağrı parliamentarian Abdullah Koç from the People's Democratic Party (HDP). Koç: " There have always been extrajudicial executions, massacres, forced migrations, tortures as a result of the unsolved issue of the Kurd. The state of siege that have found a legit way with the constitution of 1982,were adjudged in 1987 and then started the forced migrations from villages to big cities and murders by unknown assailants."

 

The research proposal of Koç were never put in process due to the terms used as legislative intentions. Turkish parliamentary speaker Binali Yıldırım have renvoid the proposal due to the term "murder by unknown assailant" is rude and hurtful.
