The quartet summit that is hosted by Turkey, will be held in istanbul with the participation of Russia, France and Germany. The main agenda in the summit will be Syria.

 

JOINT DECLARATION 

 

Beside the developments in te area, İdlib after Soçi Agreement, Astana and Cenevre meetings consequences will be discussed at the summit. The four counrty is expected to except a joint declaration.

 

UN REPRESENTATIVE WILL JOIN

 

Besides Germany Prime Minister Angela Merkel, France President Emmanuel Macron and Russia President Vladimir Putin, UN Syria Special Representative Staffan de Misture will join the summit.

 

Astana platform and UN Syrian Special Representative Mistura's "little group" representatives  is expected to be meet for the first time  in Geneva.
