ŞIRNAK- 3 years have passed since the body of Taybet İnan and her in law's dead body was left on the street for a week. halit İnan who lost her daughter in the basements of Cizre after loosing her wife and brother said: " I wish that bullet touched my heart instead of my hand."

 

3 years have passed since Taybet İnan (57) and Yusuf İnan (53) who were shot by the law enforcement on the fifth day of the curfew declared on December 14, 2015 and were left out in the street in Şırnak.

 

Despite the passing time,no steps were taken in the investigation file issued by the Silopi Chief Prosecutor's Office and despite the fact that the shooting of Taybet Inan had  a broad repercussion in press, district police department claims they heard about the incident, 6 days after it happened.

 

Again, the prosecutor's office who responded to the Ministry oj Justice about the İnan's that they can not be shot by the law enforcement despite the 10 bullets removed from their bodies.

 

Halit İnan whose daugther was burned alive in a basement in Cizre with her friends after he lost his wife and brother is one of the many people losing hope for justice. Halit İnan who waited for his wife's body to be removed from the street, tried to pull his brother with a rope while he was wounded and lying on the ground and was shot from his hand in the process and watched his brother lose his life on the ground.

 

Halit İnan who wasn't able to attend the funerals of his wife and his brother says he wished the bullet struck his heart instead of his hand.
