HAKKARİ- The 12 prisoners who are in a rotating hunger strike for 29 days in Kırıkkale Prison announced that they will change the hunger strike to an indefinite non-rotating hunger strike o December 28 if the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan is not terminated.

 

The rotating hunger strike initiated by 12 political prisoners in Kırıkkale Type F Closed Prison to protest the isolation of Öcalan is continuing in its 29th day. The 12 hunger strikers have announced via their families that they will start an indefinite non-rotating hunger strike it their demand is not met, starting December 28.

 

The families of the prisoners have called on to the public for social sensitivity.
