Güven's hunger strike is on its 105th day

DİYARBAKIR-  The hunger strike of DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven who demands the termination of the isolation of PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan is on its 105th day.
 
The hunger strike of Democratic Society Congress (DTK)  Co-chair and People's Democratic Party (HDP) Leyla Güven who is protesting the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan is continuing on its 105th day. Güven initiated the hunger strike on November 8,2018 in Diyarbakır Type E Closed Prison where she was being kept as a prisoner and after she was released on January 25, she has been continuing her hunger strike at her home in Diyarbakır, Bağlar.
 
The hunger strikes of HDP Hewlêr representative Nasır Yağız (92 days), the hunger strikers in Strasburg (66 days) , and İmam Şiş in Galler (66 days)  is continuing as well. The hunger strike of Democratic Districts Party (DBP) Co-chair Sabahat Tuncel and HDP former deputy Selma Irmak is on its 37th day today. More than 300 political prisoners are on a hunger strike as well.
