DERSİM- Mehmet Maçoğlu, who has been elected Dersim Mayor as the candidate of the TKP, has got his mandate. After the ceremony in front of the municipality building, he will take the office from the trustee.
Mehmet Fatih Maçoğlu, who has been elected as Dersim Mayor as the candidate of the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) in the March 31 local elections has got the mandate to assume office. Maçoğlu will assume office in a ceremony at 1 p.m. today (April 5).
Maçoğlu who made a short speech in front of the Courthouse said: " I must say that this municipality will keep its doors open to all our citizen regardless of who they are. Some people might send gifts and flowers like the previous term's experience. We would like them to send money for the stray animals to an account we'll share instead of any gifts and flowers."
