Police intervention in HDP people in Diyarbakır

DİYARBAKIR - Police intervened to the MP's, Co-Mayors and citizens who gathered for the press release of HDP. 

 
 
Reaction to the dismissal of the elected mayors of People's Democratic Party (HDP) from the mayorships of Diyarbakır, Van and Mardin keeps coming. HDP Co-Chair Sezai Temelli, HDP MP's and Co-Mayors came to the Lise Street to attend to the press release to be held by HDP. Police who surrounded the crowd attacked the MP's and Co-mayors. The citizens were prevented from approaching the MP's and Co-mayors. While water cannons intervened to the citizens, HDP MP Ayşe Acar Başaran was injured during the attack.
