Hearing of DTK Co- Chair Güven to be held tomorrow

DİYARBAKIR - The hearing of the DTK Co-Chair Leyla Güven in will be held tomorrow at Diyarbakır 9th High Criminal Court. The prosecution demands up to 46 years of prison for Güven.

 
The hearing of the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co- Chair and People's Democratic Party (HDP) Hakkari MP Leyla Güven will be held in Diyarbakır 9th High Criminal Court. Güven is accused of 'Organization Management' due to her statements regarding the operation Turkey launched against Efrin and the activities she participated in different dates.
 
Güven is being accused of 'managing an illegal organization', 'Propagandizing an illegal organization' and 'Opposition to Law No: 2911' becuse of her statements against the operation in Efrin and the activities she participated at different dates. The prosecution requests a prison sentence of 25 years to 46 years.
