URFA - Şenyaşar family shared the message "We commemorate 33 dream travelers with respect and gratitude" regarding those who lost their lives in the Suruç Massacre.
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 499. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Emine Şenyaşar and her son came to the Urfa Courthouse from their house in Suruç district early in the morning and started a sit-in in the area called “Şenyaşar family justice corner”.
Regarding the bomb attack carried out by ISIS against young people who came together at the Amara Cultural Center in the Suruç district of Urfa on July 20, 2015 to bring toys to the children in Kobanê, the northern and eastern Syrian city of Kobanê, 33 people lost their lives. Şenyaşar family shared the following message from their Twitter account: “As long as the injustices continue, the suffering and the tears of mothers are not going to stop! We commemorate 33 dream travelers with respect and gratitude."
