URFA -  Continuing the Justice Watch, Şenyaşar family said: "Everyone acknowladged the fact that we are right in our struggle. Justice is late but it will be done."

 

The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 515. The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The family continues the sit-in at their house in Suruç since the courthouse is closed at the weekends.

 

The family shared the following message from Twitter with the photo of the ambulance which was attacked by the bodyguards and relatives of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız while carrying the wounded: "Those who remain silent about the persecution for their rank and position should not stand with us when justice is served tomorrow. Everyone acknowladged the fact that we are right in our struggle. Justice is late but it will be done."
