URFA - It has been stated that Müslüm Yıldız and İbrahim Halil Şimşek, who were arrested for "blackening the evidence" in the massacre file against Şenyaşar family at the hospital, were released.
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 581. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Although the courthouse was closed at the weekend, the family came in front of the courthouse and started the sit-in by sitting in front of the police barriers.
TWO PEOPLE RELEASED
The massacres that the Şenyaşar family suffered on June 14, 2021 were divided into two different case files although both happened in the same day. As a result of public pressure, 4 people were arrested after 4 years, including Celal Yıldız, the elder brother of AKP member İbrahim Halil Yıldız. It was learned that two people arrested on April 2, 2021 were released. Osman Şah Yıldız, nephew of AKP Yıldız, wrote that Müslüm Yıldız and İbrahim Halil Şimşek were released from his Twitter account.
'WHO DOES THIS COURT BELONG TO?'
Speaking about the release of two people in front of the police barriers, Ferit Şenyaşar said: “Justice Watch is on its 581st day. The Minister of Justice comes out and talks about justice to the prosecutors. He says don't close your door to anyone. We are in front of the courthouse, the prosecutor has closed his door to us. Who does this courthouse belong to? We are waiting for an explanation about the release of these two people. This is the law of the elite. My brother has been in a cell alone, for over 4 years. 4 people were arrested, but it is claimed that two of them were released. On what basis were these two people released? Someone please come out and explain this to us. When this order changes, those who want to cover up the case will be held accountable.”
