ANKARA - Emphasizing that the AKP-MHP alliance, which deliberately implements the lack of control with the public bureaucracy under its command, is the leading actor in the massacres of workers, the Labor and Freedom Alliance gave the message: “We will come to terms with this massacre order and establish the country of labor and freedoms”.
The Alliance for Labor and Freedom issued a written statement after 40 workers lost their lives as a result of the "gas explosion" that occurred in the Amasra Establishment Directorate of the Turkish Hard Coal Institution in the Amasra district of Bartın. Emphasizing that “We will come to terms with this massacre order and establish a country of labor and freedoms”, the statement reminded that Turkey witnessed yet another great massacre of workers.
'IT IS NOT ACCIDENT, IT IS MASSACRE'
The following statements were made in the continuation of the statement: “The rent regime created by the AKP-MHP government causes massacres in the mines. The AKP-MHP government does not take adequate measures in the mines for the sake of profit and sacrifices workers' health for the sake of capital accumulation. Workers are blatantly driven to death in order to distribute rent to the affiliate capital. The AKP-MHP alliance, which deliberately implements the lack of control with the public bureaucracy under its command, is in the lead role of the workers' massacres. In this context, the AKP-MHP government and the rent scheme it established are responsible for the massacres of workers in Turkey. This rent scheme is the result of a cartel partnership in which politics, bureaucracy and capital are components. One pillar of this partnership is the AKP-MHP alliance, and the other pillars are the bureaucracy that does not perform the duty of capital and legal control.
'WE WILL ESTABLISH THE COUNTRY OF LABOR'
While the working classes and peoples of Turkey have turned their attention to Amasra with the mining disaster and are worried about the workers, the AKP-MHP government is busy with opening legal investigations against those who seek the truth. We once again express our condolences to the working class of Turkey and our peoples regarding the massacre of workers in Amasra, which emerged as a result of the lack of control in the mines, unbridled greed for profit and worker health and safety issues, and promise that we will always continue to stand by the workers and workers. we repeat. We will come to terms with this order of massacre, and we will establish a country of labor and freedom, which is the guarantee of a humane and dignified life."
