HE LIED HIMSELF
The witness, who claimed that the lawyers gave information to the PKK after meeting with their client, PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, claimed that Aysel Tuğluk and Doğan Erbaş provided information to the PKK after their meetings with Abdullah Öcalan. The court read the names of the lawyers one by one and asked him, "Did the names here take place in this commission?" Responding to the presiding judge, the witness said that he had no knowledge that the names read were included in the commission, and denied his previous statement in court. The lawyers, who were tried later, went in front of the SEGBİS camera. It was remarkable that the secret witness said that he did not know any of them. Then, the president of the court said that the lawyers he had given statements about before were these lawyers. It was remarkable that the anonymous witness said that he did not remember because of the time elapsed.
