AMED- DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, who was detained together with 14 DBP provincial co-chairs in the investigation initiated by Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was arrested.
DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, who was detained with 14 Democratic Regions Party (DBP) provincial co-chairs on December 23 as part of the investigation carried out by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was referred to Diyarbakır Criminal Judgeship of Peace on Duty with the request of being arrested on the charge of "being a member of a terrorist organization" following his statement at the prosecutor's office.
After giving his statement, the Criminal Court of Peace decided to arrest Bayındır on the charge of "being a member of a terrorist organization".

DBP Amed Provincial Co-chairs Seval Gülmez, Batman Provincial Co-chairs Burhan Eğlenti and Rükiyete Onat Gönül, Urfa Provincial Co-chairs Rabia Aslan and Hidayet Enmek, Gaziantep Provincial Co-chairs Ethem Ünal and Zeliha Arslan, Şırnak Provincial Co-chair Zeki İrdînmez, who were detained before Keskin's statement, were taken into custody. Provincial Co-Chairs Şerafettin Aslan and Süreyya Dündar, Ağrı Provincial Co-Chairs Melik Özmüş, Van Provincial Co-chairs Şengül Polat and Harun Okay were released with a judicial control measure by the Criminal Judgeship of Peace. DBP Diyarbakır Provincial Co-Chair Hayrettin Altun was arrested on charges of "being a member of a terrorist organization".
