NEWS CENTER - The families of those murdered in Paris and CDK-F filed a criminal complaint against the murderer and the prosecutor, who claimed that the massacre was carried out with racist motives.
KCK Executive Council Member Emine Kara (Evin Goyi) and Mîr Perwer (Mehmet Şirin Aydın) from the Cultural Movement and Abdurrahman Kızıl was killed in an armed attack against the Ahmet Kaya Kurdish Cultural Center in the Saint Denis District of Strasbourg in Paris, the capital of France December 23. The murdered William M. was brought before a judge yesterday.
William M. was arrested with the charges of "Intented murder with racist motives, attempted murder and possession of unauthorised and unlicenced weapons".
The French Democratic Kurdish Council (CDK-F) and the families of the murdered Emine Kara, Abdurrahman Kızıl and Mir Perwer filed a criminal complaint against the murderer and the Paris Prosecutor, who claimed that the massacre was carried out with racist motives, through their lawyers. Families want the case to be seen as a terrorist attack, not a judicial one.
On the other hand, the families of the murdered also identified the bodies held by the Paris Forensic Medicine Institute. However, the families were not informed about when the bodies would be delivered to them.
