Seriously ill prisoner Emin Gurban, who had many illnesses and could not meet his individual needs on his own, was transferred to Ereğli High Security Closed Prison, 9 hours away, in handcuffs, by a military ambulance on December 16 from Kocaeli No. Gurban, who has been held in Kocaeli No. 2 Type F Prison for nearly 10 years, was taken to Kocaeli Seka State Hospital Emergency Service on December 1 due to his illness, but was sent back to prison without any diagnosis of pain. He is still held in a solitary cell, despite the hospital doctors' report about Gurban "he cannot be held in a cell".
