CONSTITUTIONAL PROCEDURES WERE IGNORED
In the statement, which stated that the Constitutional Court ignored the constitutional and legal procedures during the making of the decision, “In the closure case, which was opened under the political pressure of the AKP-MHP, the legal processes are now forced as a result of the open and overt pressure on the court, without waiting for the outcome of the case, and even defense in this matter. A decision was made that would cause the HDP to not be able to carry out its election campaigns properly. This decision of the Supreme Court will not only cause the HDP to participate in the elections at a disadvantage, but will also violate the right of all voters to vote freely and be informed about it.
