ISTANBUL- The period of detention of journalist Rojin Altay from Yeni Yaşam Newspaper has been extended for one more day.

 

Journalist Rojin Altay, employee of Yeni Yaşam Newspaper, was detained at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, where she went to travel last night, as part of an investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Later, Altay, who was brought to the Istanbul Police Department on Vatan Street, was prevented from meeting with his lawyers for a day.

 

While the reason for detention was not learned due to the confidentiality decision in the file of Altay, who met with his lawyers due to limited visit, it was noted that a one-day detention decision was made for Altay.
