'GOVERNMENT IS NOT HERE'
Speaking about the situation, Rahşan Uçar, one of the residents of the neighborhood, said: "Do not bring dry food, but hot food here because we cannot heat the food anywhere, because there is no coal and stove. All the residents of the neighborhood are out now due to the fault line passing through the neighborhood, and the tent sent is very limited. Most of the clothes are for children. We don't get clothes for adults. Aid comes from the people and benefactors. We haven't seen anything from the state here. There is no AFAD."
