DİYARBAKIR- President Erdoğan announced that universities will be closed until the summer due to the earthquake and that they will switch to distance education.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited Diyarbakır this time after declaring the State of Emergency (OHAL) citing the Pazarcık of Maraş which is the epicenter of the earthquake. Making a statement here, Erdogan announced that earthquake victims will be placed in the dormitories of the Credit and Hostels Institution (KYK) and that all universities are on vacation until the summer months. Erdogan said that universities will continue with distance education.
