An investigation was started on the same day by the Lice Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident. On March 25, 2023, a commissioner and four police officers under the command of the Lice District Police Headquarters were detained and then transferred to the judicial authorities. In addition, the 5 police in question were suspended from duty and an administrative investigation was initiated against them. The incident is being investigated in all its aspects.”
