RIHA -Speaking on the 739th day of the sit-in, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "When the government changes after the election, they will be remembered for the pain and corruption they inflicted."
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached 739. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018.
'THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE REMEMBERED WITH CORRUPTION'
Emphasizing that he and his mother have been keeping the sit-in in front of the courthouse for 2 years, Şenyaşar said: “When this government is gone, it will be remembered for the pain, cruelty and corruption it inflicted. There is unlawfulness throughout Turkey, but the biggest unlawfulness is happening in the courthouse behind us."
DETENTIONS IN SURUÇ
Şenyaşar condemned the arrest of 23 people in Suruç and stated that 23 people were arrested with instructions. Şenyaşar said: "We condemn this unlawfulness. Our country is going to an election soon. When the government changes after the election, the prosecutors who made this unlawful decision will also give an account before the independent and impartial judiciary."
