VAN - HPG fighter Savaş Başdinç, who lost his life in the air attack, was laid to rest in the Keşişoğlu Mahallesi cemetery of the Artemêt district of Van.

 

HPG's Savaş Başdinç (Bager Wan), who lost his life along with his four friends in the airstrike carried out by the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) in the Serhat region in 2019, was laid to rest. The remains, which were previously laid to rest in the Erzurum Orphan Cemetery, were taken from Erzurum last night and brought to Wan after the DNA test matched. Başdinç, who was brought to the Keşişoğlu Neighborhood cemetery of the Artemêt (Edremit) district, was laid to rest under the police blockade.
