MARDİN - It has been announced that the curfew declared for the purpose of operation in 9 rural neighborhoods in the Bagok Mountain region has been lifted.
While the military activity that started yesterday in the rural areas of Bagok Mountain in Mardîn's Nisêbîn district continues, the Mardin Governorship declared a curfew for operations in 9 rural neighborhoods on the skirts of Bagok Mountain. In the statement made by the governorship, Mişawilê, Fiskînê, Berhokê, Qudbê, Bahmînin, Efşê, Şekrîn, Sêderî and Geliyêsora in rural areas.
It was stated that the curfew announced in the morning will continue until a second announcement.
The governor's office announced that the ban was lifted as of 09.30 with a second statement made hours later.
Local sources stated that military activity, including air mobility from place to place, continues.
