Within the scope of the Justice Watch, the famiy visited Diyarbakır Bar Association and DEVA Party.

VISIT TO DEVA PARTY DİYARBAKIR OFFICE

Visiting DEVA Party Diyarbakır Office, Ferit Şenyaşar underlined that they have been struggling to get justice for the last three years and said: "They are persecuting us using the judiciary. Everyone knows who the killers are but not one law suit was filed against them yet. We'd like to thank the DEVA party for their solidarity. We will continue to demand justice."

Diyarbakir Provincial Chairman of the party, Cihan Ülsen, noted that their party's administrations in Urfa are also on top of the issue. Ülsen said: "The details of the incident are known by the public. All the evidence is out there. But they can't get a respond from the judiciary. Not only the Şenyaşar family members are wronged here. This case concerns all of us. We will lose if they lose. Reveal the material truth. Why hasn't the justice system made a decision yet. It's been three years. We will continue to stand by the Şenyaşar family."

A VISIT TO THE BAR

The family later visited the Diyarbakır Bar Association. Emine Şenyaşar couldn't hold back her tears and said, "We are searching for justice with a piece of paper. I saw the blood of my children in that hospital. Their children are alive and well. They are thieves. They are tyrants. Is this justice? It's only me and my son left in this family. We are knocking on every door to find justice." Ferit Şenyaşar told that they were threatened with death but not afraid and added, "We will either die on this path or get justice."

'THEY ARE STALLING THE FAMILY'

Diyarbakır Bar President Nahit Eren told that they visited the family the day they took office and said: "This case is a burden on everyone. We are with the family all the way. All lawyers registered to Diyarbakır Bar is sensitive to this case. If the killers are not punished the whole country will lose faith in justice. Impunity is a huge problem in Turkey and it deepens by the day.  3 people were killed and there is a restriction order on the file. They are trying to cover up the file and stalling the family. We promise to stand by Şenyaşar family."
