NEWS CENTER- Mehmet Altun, the murder suspect of the Dedeoğulları family, was caught in the land where he was hiding at the end of the 6th day.
On July 30, in Meram district of Konya, Yaşar Dedeoğulları (65), Serap Dedeoğulları (36), Serpil Dedeoğulları (32), Sibel Dedeoğulları (30), İpek Dedeoğulları (57), Metin Dedeoğulları (45) and Barış Dedeoğulları from the same family (35) was murdered by Mehmet Altun who later set fire to the house and fled the scene.
Searched for 6 days, Altun was caught today in his hiding place.
In a written statement made by the Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that the perpetrator was caught in the rural area of Bozkır district, within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Chief Prosecutor's Office regarding the attack in which 7 people from the same family lost their lives on 30 July in the Meram district of Konya.
It was learned that Altun was caught in the area where he was hiding in the district of Üçpınarlar.
Yesterday, 10 of the 14 people who were referred to the courthouse regarding the massacre were arrested.
