URFA - Ferit Şenyaşar said that they waited 10 hours in the courthouse to meet with the prosecutor, but the prosecutor did not spare 10 minutes and did not meet with them.
The sit in Şenyaşar family refers to as the 'Justice Watch' started by Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded is on its 170th day today. Şenyaşar family arrived a bit later than usual due to having a phonecall with Fadıl Özyaşar who is being held in solitary confinement for three years for defending his family.
CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY
Ferit Şenyaşar said: "Our struggle for justice continues on its 170th day. We went inside the court house yesterday to speak to the prosecutor of the chief prosecutor. We waited for 10 hours and he didn't spare 10 minutes to speak to us. He didn't meet us. The prosecutor doesn't accept to see us or our lawyers.They say he is too busy. Three people from our family was murdered and he can't spare 10 minutes to see us. This is a crime against humanity."
'WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ATTITUDE'
Şenyaşar said: "An AKP MP murdered three people in a state hospital but not one law suit was filed. Those who commit this crime will be punished. We do not accept this attitude and this cruelty."
