The treatment of 12-year-old H.E., who was seriously injured as a result of the explosion of a military object in the Kirati neighborhood of the Başkale district of Van, continues at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Dursun Odabaşı Medical Center. H.E. underwent surgery yesterday to remove shrapnel fragments from his head. After more than 6 hours of surgery, some shrapnel fragments were removed. H.E. was later taken to the intensive care unit. The life-threatening danger of H.E., who has deep wounds on his right and left arms and face, continues.

 

EXPLOSION OCCURRED IN MILITARY AREA

 

It was learned that the area where the explosion took place was previously used as a military area. It was reported that there is also a helicopter runway in the region.
