URFA - Continuing her struggle for justice, Emine Şenyaşar asked how the state has not caught the perpetrators yet and said: "Enough is enough. My son should be released."

 

The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached 695. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Emine Şenyaşar and Ferit Şenyaşar came to the front of the courthouse from their houses in Suruç district today and started the watch with a banner that reads "Justice".

 

'MY SON SHOULD BE RELEASED'

 

Speaking at the sit-in, Emine Şenyaşar said: "We have been sitting around demanding justice for almost 2 years, summer and winter. My son Fadıl Şenyaşar, who was arrested after the attacks, has been held in solitary confinement for 5 years. My should should be released. All cities know that we live here. The murderers are sitting in their homes. They are destroying my family and walking around. They massacred my children with cruelty. They should be on trial."
