3 mayors of Istanbul detained

NEWS CENTRE - CHP's Istanbul Metropolitan, Beylikdüzü and Şişli mayors were detained within the scope of the "Urban Consensus" investigation.
 
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, as well as Şişli Mayor Resul Emrah Şahan and Beylikdüzü Mayor Mehmet Murat Çalık were detained this morning as part of the investigation launched by Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. In a second statement, the prosecutor's office stated that the detention decisions were within the scope of the "urban reconciliation" investigation.
