DİYARBAKIR- AYM who passed a verdict about the appeal of release of sick prisoner Celal Şeker 9 months after his death, decided his request is ill-founded and denied his release.

Constitutional Court (AYM) have finalize the decision about the release appeal of sick prisoner Celal Şeker who was a prisoner in Diyarbakır Type D Prison 9 months after his death.
