A call for unity against Turkish attacks

SIRNAK - Calling for unity against Turkey's attacks, People of Beytüşşebap said: "Kurds should not betray each other, they should protect their lands."

The condemnations of the AKP-KDP's attacks on the Zap, Metina and Avaşîn regions of the Federated Kurdistan Region continue. Considering the KDP's cooperation as "betrayal", the Kurds call on the rangers who participated in the attacks, and said, "Do not be a party to this crime". Citizens called from Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak and called for unity against the attacks on Kurds.
 
Stating that state oppression has continued since the 1990s and Kazın Boran (80) from the village of Germav said: “I have been living in this village for 80 years now. In the 80s, repressions began, in the 90s our village was bombed. In those years, the imposition of being rangers began. Heavy attacks against those who did not accept to be rangers began. There was even a rocket attack on our house. There were also tribal pressures. They tried to persuade us to become rangers. We did not accept it.” 
 
'KURDS MUST BE UNITED AGAINST OPPRESSION'
 
Stating that the state put all kinds of oppression against the Kurds into effect, Meryem Kaya (50) from Karçîn village said, “I moved out of from my village for 3 years due to the pressures in the 90s. However, we returned to our lands again. The persecution still continues today. In order for this oppression and persecution to come to end, the Kurds must unite. The deaths should be over. The mothers should not suffered the loss of their children anymore. But the Kurds are doing the biggest injustice to each other. It must end.” 
 
'KURDS MUST PROTECT THEIR LAND' 
 
Condemning rangers who participated in the attacks against the Federated Kurdistan Region, Bahar Ulaş (42) said, “In the past, people became rangers by force and pressure. Today the rangers betray their lands and people. The Kurds should not betray each other, they should protect their lands."
 
'HE'S POINTING A GUN AT HIS BROTHER FOR MONEY'
 
Condemning the KDP's cooperation with Turkey that is bringing the Kurds up against each other is "serving the enemy". Hamit Kaya, 75, a former ranger from the village of Karçîn said, “We are against anyone who draws a gun on their brother. Barzani is wrong. Barzani should go and sit at home, the righteous people should fight. We have never supported this attitude of his, and we never will. Barzani supports Erdogan. He is pointing a gun at his brother for money.”
