In the photographs taken after the autopsy procedures, it was seen that Uğur had ligature marks on his throat and wounds caused by beating on his head. The marks of torture and beating on Uğur's body, who was put in a cell a week ago, brought along questions.

Uğur, who was arrested on December 10, 2016 after the curfew was declared in Şırnak on March 14, 2016, was released on July 17, 2017. Uğur, who was arrested for the second time on December 19, 2018, was put in Şırnak Type T Closed Prison. Uğur, who was sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment in the lawsuit brought against him, was injured in the attacks of the guards against the prisoners in Şırnak Prison on October 23-25, 2021.
