DİYARBAKIR- It was learned that while the restraining order in the files of 21 people, including 20 journalists detained in Diyarbakır yesterday continues, the journalists are being held in solitary confinement.
As part of the operation launched by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 21 people, including 20 journalists, are still under custody. There is a restriction decision in the file of the journalists held in the Provincial Security Directorate Anti-Terrorism (TEM) Branch Directorate. Journalists who do not know what they are accused of, are held in solitary confinement.
THE DETAINED JOURNALISTS
The names of the detained journalists are as follows: Dicle Fırat Journalists Association (DFG) Co-chair Serdar Altan, JINNEWS Director Safiye Alagaş, JINNEWS editor Gülşen Koçuk, Mesopotamia Agency (MA) editor Aziz Oruç and journalists Mehmet Ali Ertaş, Ömer Çelik, Suat Doğuhan, Ramazan Geciken, Esmer Tunç, Neşe Toprak, Zeynel Abidin Bulut, Mazlum Doğan Güler, Mehmet Şahin, Elif Üngür, İbrahim Koyuncu, Remziye Temel, Mehmet Yalçın, Abdurrahman Öncü, Lezgin Akdeniz and Kadir Bayram were detained. Feynaz Koçuk was also detained in Gebze as part of the same investigation.
