URFA - Continuing the sit-in protest in front of the Urfa Courthouse, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "Our home is in front of this courthouse for the last 2 years. We are ready to meet with anyone here and convey our demands."
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 630. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar who came to the courthouse from their house in Suruç said their home is there.
'URFA COURTHOUSE HAS BECOME OUR HOME'
Speaking in front of the courthouse, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "The sit-in me and my mother started continues in front of the Urfa Courthouse for 630 days. Every political party which has a group at the parliament follows our struggle for justice. This place has been our home for the last two years. This is our home. We are ready to meet with anyone here and convey our demands."
