THE PROBLEMS IN PRISONS

Ill prisoners are not allowed to have video conversations with their families in order to put psychological pressure on them. The prisoners expressed this as a method of breaking their will."

Stating that they will keep the prisons under constant surveillance from now on, Taş said: "Since the right to access to a hospital, the right to health are among the positive obligations of the state. As the Bar Association Human Rights Center, we will monitor the prison with reports this year. The state will take the necessary measures within the scope of the right to health and the right to life as soon as possible and fulfill its obligations in accordance with the social state principle.
