NEWS CENTER - Iraqi Parliament PUK Group Chairperson Herem Kemal Axa stated that Turkey has been informed that Mazlum Ebdi will be in Sulaymaniyah for security purposes.
Iraqi Parliament PUK Group Chairperson Herem Kemal Axa made a statement regarding the drone attack on Sulaymaniyah Airport on April 7. Herem Kemal Axa, Chairperson of the PUK Group in the Iraqi Parliament and Member of the Security and Defense Commission of the Iraqi Parliament, spoke to the Voice of America. Kemal Axa said that before the visit, the Coalition Forces informed Turkey and Iraq about the meeting of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), United States of America (USA) and PUK officials in Sulaymaniyah.
Herem Kemal Axa made evaluations on the charges of "giving information about Mazlum Ebdi's visit to Sulaymaniyah" by the Anti-Terrorist Forces and said: "The anti-terrorist forces are a recognized force. He participates in operations with the Iraqi army and US soldiers. Therefore, it is a reliable power. Now he takes an active part in operations. There is neither a military base nor any other problem at Sulaymaniyah International Airport. Mazlum Abdi was the guest of the Coalition Forces in Sulaymaniyah. The Coalition Forces also informed Turkey about the departures and arrivals. On the other hand, SDF Forces support the Peshmerga and Anti-Terrorist Units against terrorism in contact with Iraq and Coalition Forces. It is nothing but an election war by Turkey."
BOMB OWNER WERE IDENTIFIED
Kemal Axa stated that according to a report they received, the bomb and the factory that made it were identified. The report included an assessment that Turkey made these bombs according to the radars of Kirkuk and Sulaymaniyah airports.
