DİYARBAKIR- Journalists Abdurrahman Gök, Beritan Canözer and Mehmetşah Oruç, who were detained in the Amed-based operation, were referred to the court for arrest.
Journalists Beritan Canözer and Mehmetşah Oruç, who were detained in the operation where the Diyarbakır 3rd Criminal Judgeship of Peace issued a detention order for 216 people and 128 detained within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, were transferred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest after their statements by the prosecutor's office.
Journalist Abdurrahman Gök was also referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for detention on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization", rejecting the criminal charge against him in his statement to the prosecutor's office.
Artist Elvan Koçer, on the other hand, was released with a judicial control measure by the Criminal Judgeship of Peace, to which she was transferred with a judicial control measure.
Theater artist Şahperi Alphan Bayhan was released after the prosecution statement.
