Ahmet Beydağ (41), who worked as the Emergency Department officer at Bismil State Hospital in the Bismil district of Amed, sexually assaulted a 16-year-old boy who was detained in the emergency department of the hospital. On Friday, May 19, the boy, who went to the emergency department of the hospital with his brother and father, was taken to the staff's locker room by Beydağ on the pretext of "I will give you a bandage" and kept there for minutes.
FAMILY COMPLAINING
Beydağ, who sexually assaulted the child, released the child after his relatives called her. The child, who told his father about what she got through, filed a complaint against Beydağ with his family on the same day.
THE STATEMENT OF THE CHILD WAS TAKEN
After the child's family filed a complaint with the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the child's statement was taken at the Child Monitoring Center (ÇİM) accompanied by a psychologist.
BEYDAĞ WAS RELEASED
Beydağ, who was taken into custody on Friday, May 19 after the complaint, was released on condition of judicial control by the court to which he was referred after his police statement.
It was learned that Beydağ, who is married and has two children, is still on duty and was given a few days off by the hospital administration.
