HATAY - Observers who objected to irregularities in Antakya were beaten.

 

Berkant Doran and Süleyman Yeral, who were observers at Demirköprü Muhtar Abdurrahman Çetiner Primary School in Hatay's Antakya district, objected to the irregularities of entering the voting cabinet together and voting without identification. After his objections, it was learned that the headperson of the neighborhood called his acquaintances and placed them around the ballot boxes under the name of the observer. The witnesses who objected to the irregularities were beaten by those brought under the name of "observer".

 

It was learned that the gendarmerie in the neighborhood did not intervene even though he was there at the time of the beating.
